Product Description
working principle
As the outside air is induced through the cooling pads, the air changes its characteristics from Point A to B along the constant wet bulb line as indicated on the picture. This change caused by the vaporization of the water on the surface of the pads results in temperature drop of the air. The process is known as adiabatic cooling in the science of air psychometrics. The example here shows the air is cooled from 33.4℃ to 27.8℃ based on a saturation efficiency of 92%.
Evaporative cooling is a century-old know-how that used water to absorb heat from the air during the evaporation process to bring down the air temperature. Modern technologies in evaporative cooling employs cooling pads made from high-cellulose material with intricate design that dramatically increases the performance efficiency.
