1、 Double stage vacuum oil filter equipment purpose:

It is mainly applicable to the high degassing and water purification treatment of main transformer oil, new oil, imported oil, transformer oil and other oil products above 110KV, as well as the filtering equipment and vacuum oil injection equipment during transformer overhaul. As the two-stage vacuum unit greatly improves the vacuum degree and pumping rate of the system, it can quickly and deeply remove the moisture and various gases from the transformer oil, greatly improve the flash point and breakdown voltage of the transformer oil, and shorten the maintenance and oil injection period of the transformer. For the new oil with breakdown voltage no less than 25kV, the primary purification can be increased to 45kv and several times to 70kv

Product features:

1. This machine has a tank body and two-stage vacuum separation chamber. The liquid level between stages is automatically balanced and the pressure difference between stages is formed. Its performance is better than that of single-stage vacuum oil filter.

2. The front pumps of the standard configuration of the machine are all imported vacuum pumps (natural cooling mode) with world leading level, which are imported from Europe, with fast pumping speed and high working vacuum degree.

3. Vacuum separation is a new patented technology. The unique stainless steel folding cyclone degassing and dehydration separation tower is used to increase the separation area, film the oil and realize three-dimensional evaporation, so as to obtain enough evaporation time and ensure the best effect of one-time separation.

4. The new heating device has low heating load and avoids oil aging.

5. Personalized design, users can choose all or part of the imported products according to the demand, and also can choose PLC (with touch screen) control and flowmeter according to the demand, which can meet the needs of different customer groups.

7. The filter elements imported from the United States are equipped for impurity filtration, with large filtration area, strong ability to absorb pollutants and high filtration accuracy.
