New Block Ice Plant

As conventional way to produce block ice is mainly from brine system, first you have to freeze the brine water, then put the ice can into the brine tank, then take out the ice can for harvesting block ice after 20 hours or more. This system is complicate and you have to do a lot of civil work.
Our new system is using aluminum plate as ice can, the refrigerant will be evaporated inside the aluminum plate so the plate can freeze ice making water quickly. This is the compact system and it is plug-ready and built for tropical conditions and coastal climate.
Our block ice machine can produce 20 blocks every two hours, 115mm x 95mm x 480mm for outside dimensions, 4.5kg per each block, so the ice making capacity is 240 blocks per 24 hours. We use aluminum as evaporator, so it can freeze water in a very short time(2hours).

We can manufacture and supply several kinds of ice machines, usually flake ice machines (the ice thickness is about 2mm), shell ice machines (ice thickness is adjustable from 3mm to 12mm). They are mainly used for food processing and chemical industries. The sea water liquid ice machine is mainly used for fish boats and tube ice machine and ice cube maker are mainly used for human consumption. Also we are producing block ice machines (5 - 8kg per block), specially designed for African market

Also we are specialist in producing relevant accessories for ice plant, ice cans are made for block weights in both kilogram and pound sizes. While we can supply almost any size can, common sizes are of 300lbs., 150lbs., 100lbs., and 50 lbs., or 150kg, 75kg, 50kg and 25kg.
