Stanyl HGR1 
exhibiting improved performance, both in terms of mechanical properties, as well as its frictional and wear characteristics. Basically, part of the frictional torque arises in engine timing systems when the timing chain moves over an element that keeps it under tension.frictional torque can be cut by 0.65 Nm (this equates to a fuel efficiency improvement of over a mile per gallon (over 0.4 km/L) over the drive cycle).

Stanyl HGR2 
lubricated, wear modified, heat stabilized polyamide (PA 4-6) grade with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). Because Stanyl retains its mechanical properties at high temperatures up to 220°C,used in slide shoe surfaces and timing chain tensioner surfaces.

Provides excellent heat-, wear-, moisture-, abrasion-, fatigue-, grease-, oil- and creep resistance. Used in automotive, gears, outdoor power equipment, electrical and electronic applications.
