Polysulfone (PSU), Polyethersulfone (PES) and Polyphenysulfone (PPSU).
Ultrason S and Ultrason E are often used where requirements exceed the capabilities of polyamide, polycarbonate, polyoxymethylene and polyalkylene terephthalate. The exceptional property spectrum of these materials even allows them to replace thermosets, metals and ceramics.
Ultrason E1010
Unreinforced, low viscosity injection moulding grade, flows very readily.
Ultrason E2010G4
Medium viscosity injection moulding grade with high rigidity and strength, 20 % glass fiber reinforced.

Unreinforced, medium viscosity standard injection moulding grade, demolding optimized.
Ultrason E2010

Ultrason E6020P
The bulk density ranges between 250 and 350 g/l. Provided the packaging remains undamaged, Ultrason can be stored indefinitely. Ultrason flakes absorb moisture very rapidly. Therefore, the flakes need to be dried at least 4h at 130 °C to 150 °C in a vacuum or dry air drier prior to processing. Polyethersulfone flakes, e.g. for membrane applications, coatings and membranes. The product is soluable in N-Methylpyrrolidone (NMP) and N,N- Dimethylacetamide. The product is not developed for injection moulding. Polyethersulphone E6020P unfilled PESU forms flakes for membrane applications(packaigin is original 10kg pe-bag)
