RCLAMP0514M RClamp0524P
Four lines RClamp0524P protection devices, has high capacitance and low protect ability, suitable for high-definition video and digital multimedia interface HDMI DVI interface.
RClamp0524P is transient voltage suppressor (TVS diode array), with IEC standard of electrostatic discharge (ESD), rapid discharge (EFT) and cable discharge events (CDE) protection function, which can protect sensitive device, which can be used to protect data and a maximum of four high power (VCCS).
RClamp0524P belongs to Semtech lower capacitance protection device RailClamp series, it adopted a proprietary technology, 2GHz higher frequencies, zero attenuation of data the capacitance of 0.3 pF. This device provide ESD protection of IEC 61000-4-2 ± 15kV (air) and ± 8kV (IEC 61000 - contact) 4-5 (lightning) 5A (8/20 us), EFT protection of IEC 61000-4-4 40A (5/50 ns).
