Polishing wheels are pneumatic-driven and automatic control, which enable high precision. Polishing motor adopts imported linear-roller bearing to make it agile, reliable and anti-wearing, which enables soft-polishing and makes sure of the smooth finish.
Italy made upper and lower synchronous belts to clamp and convey glass, ensuring stable and reliable transmission.
Glass width adjusted by precise guiding screw with backlash compensating fittings. Glass size adjusted by stepping motor. Both ensure the precision of processing.
Catch pawl in charging section is for diagonal accuracy. Backing wheels and supporting wheels in charging and discharging section are made of Polyurethane. They are of high endurance and won't scratch the glass.
