This ingredient is generated by dehydrating a blend of skimmed milk and milk components, strictly selected for their functional and organoleptic properties. The Process ensure the product's good dispersion and solubility.
The LACTARMOR MP 0/20 can partially or totally replace skimmed milk powder in food applications. It helps increase the functional and organoleptic properties in the finished product while significantly reducing cost.
This product can be used in its powder or reconstituted form (reconstitution : 0.9 liter of water for 100g).
Fluid powder, white to yellow colour, typical dairy smell and taste.
