1.HJPW- Cross Lapper
Ø Power: This machine is used to laying the carded fibre into certain width and thickness for next procedure.
Ø The frame of machine modified foreign structure completely and the main frame is bend plate structure, which enjoys enough strength and stability. The rail is resistant to oil leaking. The thickness of straight side is δ8mm and that of cross side isδ6mm
Ø Web laying has separate frequency conversion controlling that could ensure the smoothness and evenness of fibre web
Ø Reciprocal controlling by signal colour-infrared rays switcher or PFK controlled by OMLOM electric switch.
Ø All the motors are controlled by frequency conversion
Ø The bottom apron of cross lapper could adjust to the height of 500mm.
Ø The bottom apron and input apron are made of wood. The input apron is made of anti-static PVC apron.

Ø Reciprocal action adopts toothed belt in-phase driving.

Ø Web Irregularity:≤5%(three points at left, middle and right )
Ø Power: Reciprocate 2.2kw with 100/10:1worm wheel, slanting apron and reciprocating apron 2.2kw with 80/10:1worm wheel. The speed of drive could adjust according to the need of product.
