Function:

This equipment is used specially for dividing and rounding the dough, after that the dough has uniform weight , solid and close structure; it can save the labour and eliminate the difference by man-made factor.

7.It can improve the quality of the dough with uniform weight , by average time of rounding the dough,so that the effect will reduce to the minimum from the time , which the dough ferments will take  . Because the time is longer if man divides and rounds the dough by hand ; the longer the time is , the stronger the effect from the change of time and the temperature , so the more difficult to control the quality of the dough.

8.It can save time, 5-8 seconds is enough to divide and round 30 or 3 doughs , 6000-7000 doughs can be finished in 1 hour.

9.Specification: 30 doughs , the range of the weight is 30-100grams.

Note: The weight is different as per the dough, the effect of the dough weight in the centre is the best , the weight of dough distributing in the edge is not so good.
