Description:
The 50bp DNA Ladder is dissolved in storage and loading buffer , which is a convenient ready-to-load format, and can be directly applied onto an agarose or non-denaturing polyacrylamide gels. The DNA Ladder contains the following 8 discrete fragments (in base pairs): 50, 100, 150, 200,250, 300, 400 and 500bp.The recommended volume for each lane is 5µL, and the amount of 200bp is about 100ng/µl (the demonstration bright fragment) , and the other each fragment is about 50ng/µl.
