Glassfiber stitched mat is made from chopped fiberglass srands or woven roving which is cut into a certain length and randomly dispersed,laid on a roving matrix then stitched together with organic fibers.

 

1.       Even thickness,high wet tensile strength retention.

2.       Directional properties and strengths same to woven roving.

3.       Enough hollows on surface to make it good permeability.

4.       Flexibility to design variety weaving structures.

5.       Stable structure required to achive maximum tensile strength properties.

 

Glassfiber stitched mat is used in unsaturated polyester resin strenthen,primarily in pultrusion,RTM,filament winding and hand lay-up processed.Such as pultruded parts,pipes,storage tanks,wind generator blades and other FRP products.

Stitch mat will be wrapped up paper pipe of 77mm inner dianeter,and polyvinyl chloride film will be used for packing and sealing and then package them with carton.the mats should be put horizontally 12 and vertically 6cartons every pallet.height of the pallet′s heap should be within the two layers of the pallet′s height.height of the carton heap should be within three layers of the carton.

Stitch mat should be resrved indoor with drying,cool condition.It s ests that better to keep the package closed in order to prevent it from the wet.
