ALABINE CA Series Inks

Ⅰ、Description

       ALABINE CA series inks, which based on special mixed resins, are of multi-functional features and use widely. These series inks with good adhesion are scratch resistant, alcohol resistant, sterilization resistant and anti-static

       Ⅱ、Recommended Application

◆ Recommended substrate: Harden PC, harden PMMA, the surface of UV coating, electroplating layer, stainless steel, stone, marble, glass, etc.

◆ Recommended for: Windows screens, the phone keypad, the phone shell, the metal products, the stone crafts, the glass products, etc.

Ⅲ、Proposed Operation

       Prepare: To clean the surface with ALATIVE SC5 treater （ALATIVE SC23 treater for the metal products and the glass products） and make sure non-dust, non-grease. To dilute the mixture with 3-20% ALATIVE SR6 thinner and then is ready（In order to regulate the drying rate of ink ,please make use of ALATIVE RR6 dry retarder or ALATIVE SF3 dry accelerant）. Mix the ink with the ALATIVE SA5 (10-15%, to total) activator completely (15-25% ALATIVE SA6 activator for the metal products and the glass products).

       Mesh count: 70T to 180T

       Drying: Air dry in 12-18 hours, or forced dry at 80 ^OC in about 40 minutes.

       Cleaning: To remove the stain and bad print with ALATIVE SC6 remover, and to clear the screen plate with ALATIVE CC6 cleaner.

       Ⅳ、Color & Packaging

       Color: More than 20 kinds of colors for selection and with professional mixed-color service.

       Packaging: 1kg/can, 5kg/barrel, 20kg/barrel
