Electrophoresis is that the work piece makes the solid of the painting material to adhere to the surface of the work piece resulting in the electrodeposition in the water-based painting liquor by the electrical current, forming the paint process of the painting film (includes the electrophoresis and wash after deposition coating etc. ), suitable for the primer coating of metal surface with high requirement for the corrosion resistance.

According to the different coating working process requirement of work piece and the surface quality requirement and batch production, anode and cathode electrophoresis working process can be adopted, and the process form includes continuous type and intermission type. The production line is formed by connecting hanging transmission machine, program-controlled self-calabash and electric calabash with pre-treatment. The full equipment is composed by main trough, boundary trough, mask body, painting liquor circulation mixing system, air-exhaustion system, temperature-adjusting system, super-filtration device, purified water device, direct-current power device, paint-adjusting device and wash after electrophoresis system, etc.
