Non-asbestos composite fiber
Product Description
The main materials of SACF are the choice Basalt, Diabase, limestone, Dolomite and metallurgical coke. Adding certain composites, the raw materials are melted in more than 1000℃ temperature, and then melt spinned and coated. Our fibre has better wearing resistance and heat resistance by the high melt technic. We also adopt lots of other technics as the surface activation, organic treatment, spoil disposal, high speed mixment, drying as well as refining with some nano composite material. Thus, the thermal stability of SACF is better than the traditional asbestus fibre. Its heat fading ability especially displays in 300-400℃ brake lining.
Furthermore, our SACF fibre has lower heat-conduction coefficient, which prevent the Brake Fluid getting too hot. Under 400℃, the friction coefficient is very stable, with low brake noise, and surely environmental. Specially designed by the basal demand of frictional material to reinforced fibre, the SACF fibre was also stable on chemical, good at bounding and heat resistance. It has all characteristics a reinforced fibre should have.
