At Sol Grains we specialize in germinated brown rice, also known as sprouted brown rice.  It took us three years to perfect the method we use to manufacturer what we believe to be the best germinated brown rice.  We start with high-quality California brown rice and utilize natural eco-friendly processes to manufacturer our germinated brown rice.

Germinated brown rice is popular in many parts of Asia because of the health benefits associated with it.  The germination process begins with soaking the brown rice in water for a specified amount of time.  This allows tiny sprouts to form at the end of the rice drastically increasing the nutritional value of the rice.

Gamma-Amino Butryic Acid (GABA)
Promotes the reduction of high blood pressure, lowers blood fat levels and fights obesity.  Improves the nervous system and helps thwart off neural disorders like Alzheimer's disease.  Helps lower cholesterol in the blood and improves liver and kidney functions.

Gamma Oryzanol
Antioxidative effects, prevents skin aging and helps maintain cholesterol levels.  Assist men with higher levels of testosterone and lean muscle build-up, and assist women with relieving menopausal symptoms.

Ferulic Acid
Antioxidant assisting the prevention of superoxide build-up.  Used in anti-aging supplements, lowers chance of cardiovascular disease and helps control diabetes.

Inositol
Effective for the prevention of fatty liver and cirrhosis of the liver.

Tocotrienol
Contributes to maintaining cholesterol levels and assist cancer prevention.

Dietary Fiber
Assist the reduction of blood cholesterol levels promoting general cardiovascular health.  Alleviates constipation.
