YCB series Moisture Color Change Indicating Sight glass with Cold-Media

Applicable scope:
Type YCB moisture color change indicating sightglass with cold-media is applied to refrigerant of R12, R22, R134a, R502, R113, R407c, R401a, R507, R410a etc...The sightglass is installed between drier filter and expansion valve, by which the operator can watch the color change of the indicator that is caused by moisture in refrigerant (color change please refer to the following table). It can also be installed in the refrigeration system to observe the flow of the working material and in oil gallery to observe the discharge regularity of the lubricant.

Moisture color code statement:
The moisture indicator may appear light pink (yellow) at installation because of its absorbance of environmental air. When it being installed in refrigeration air-condition system, the indicator color changes to blue (green) on condition that moisture in refrigerant is in permission scope, and this balance time is about 10 hours. If in more than 10 hours the indicator color does not change to blue (green), the root cause must be found or the drier filter is to be replaced. The indicator is demonstrated to reach the precision of several per million water content in all kinds of refrigerants.
