                                 Flame Retardant Cable and Fire Resistant Cable
 
The fire resistant cable can keep a safe running within a certain period of under fire burning, so that some key electrical equipment(eg.Smoke exhausting system,telephone system signal device, control and command system,pump.etc.)can go on running in order for people to evacuste the site safety. This provides a favorable condition for the fire control.

Our company has been developing the flame retardant cable since the end of the eighties and has successfully developed Class A.B. and C flame retardant cable, the low smoke low halogen flame retardant cable, the low smoke halogen-free flame retardant cable and the high flame retardant cable. At the beginning of the nineties, our company started to develop the fire resistant cable and has successfully developed Class A and B fire resistant power cable and fire resistant control cable. Its fire resistance properties comply with the relevant stipulations in DB12666.6 and IEC331, the cable burns for 1.5 hours at the fire of 950ºC-1000ºC and 750ºC-800ºC, meanwhile its insulation will not be punctured under an applied rated voltage.

In order to guarantee the product quality and develop some new flame retardant and fire resistant cables, our company has invested 2 million yuan in purchasing advanced special instruments and equipment, established a complete set of flame retardant and fire resistant laboratories, and possessed various testing means required for flame retardant and fire resistant products.

Our company produces a series of flame retardant and fire resistant products with relevant Enterprises Standard equal to relevant GB standard. All indexes of products have reached (some indexes are superior to )GB standard ( equal to relevant international standars). Products properties are stable and excellent. The cable have gained identical good appraisals from our customers when they have been put into the market.
  

Our company can not only produce the flame retardant cable and fire resistant cable with the international standards or GB standards according to the requirements of customers but also design and manufacture the special cables required by customers.

1. The common flame retardant cable series:
including the flame retardant XLPE insulated power cable, the flame retardant PVC insulated power cable. the flame retardant XLPE insulated control cable, the flame retardant conmmon rubber sheathed power cable,etc. The flame retardant properties comply with Class A.B and C in GB 12666.5 (Bunched Wire and Cable Burning Tests), and other indexes are in accordance with the relevant GB standard. Compared with nonflame-retardant cable, there is no big change in the cables structure and size: but for the non-armored XLPE cable of 10KV and above. the cables ourter diameter will increase by 3-5mm due to needing anextruded high name retardant oxygen barrier.

2.The special name retardant cable series:
including the high flame retardant power cable. the high flame retardant control cable, the low smoke halogen-free flame retardant power cable,the low smoke halogen-free flame retardanr control cable, the low smoke low halogen flame  retardant power cable,the low smoke low halogen flame retardanr control cable etc.
1). The high flame retardant cables: the differences from the common flame retardant cables is an extruded flame retardant layer which has an excellent effect of heat and oxygen barrier. The layer's materials can decompose and produce crystallized water and metal oxide. The crystallized water can absorb a great deal of heat, decreasing the temperature around the cable: the metal oxide can form comparatively dense crust which can stop a radial permeation of oxygen and thereby achieves the goal of high flame retardation. High flame retardant properties are based on Class A in GB12666.5 (Bunched Wire and Cable Burning Tests), only the number of the tested cable samples is double that of Class A, both fire supplying time and examination way will not change, its flame retardant properties should be 50% higher than that of Class A. The cable outer diameter is 3-8mm more than that of common cables.
2).The low smoke low halogen flame retardant cable and low smoke halogen-free retardant cable: When such cable is burned, the smoke density and halogen acid content are required to reach fixed indexes, besides it should also meet the requirements of Class B and C. Low halogen requires that halogen chloride's escaping volume is less than or equal to 50mg/g: halogen-free requires that halogen acid content is less than or equal to 5mg/g and toxicity index is less than 5.
3. The fire resistant cable series:
including the XLPE insulated fire resistant power cable and control cable of 1KV and below, the low smoke halogen-free fire resistant cable of 1KV and below( power cables and control cables).

Fire resistant properties comply with the relevant provisions in GB 12666.6 ( Wire and Cable Fire Resistant Property Test Methods).
Low smoke properties complt with the relevant provisions in GB 12666.7 ( Wire and Cable Burning Smoke Density Test Methods).
Low halogen and halogen-free comply with the relevant provisions in IEC754 ( Halogen Acid Volume Tests).
Low toxicity comply with the relevant provisions in NES713 (Toxicity Indexes Deternlination).
Others comply with the relevant provisions in GB 12706 ( Copper Core, Aluminium Core Plastic insulated power cable with rated voltage 35KV and below) GB9330 (Plastic insulated control cables).etc.
