It has the following beneficial applications; NPCCA-602 is mainly used in rubber industry. Ordinary PCC only can be used as stuffing material, while nano precipitated calcium carbonate (NPCC) has excellent reinforcing function, can partly or completely substitute white carbon black or carbon black. You can add additional 10 phr of NPCC with the original prescription not changed, as a result the production cost can be reduced and the qualities of products are improved simultaneously. It is applicable for many natural or synthetic rubbers such as NR, SBR, BR, silicon rubber, SBS, EPDM, etc., and can greatly improve products’ tensile strength, abrasion resistance, tear strength, breaking elongation and anti-aging properties, and not to bring pollution, especially applicable for light-colored or multicolor products.
