LX gear reducer is specially designed to match for coal milling machine.
The reducer has compact structure: including one stage spiral bevel gear and one stage planetary gear, output flange is directly connected to disc mill to transfer torque and bear the weight of milling machine and huge vertical pressure made by grinding rollers.
The gear parts such as spiral bevel gear, sun gear and planetary gear are made of high strength low carbon alloy steel and treated with carburizing, quenching and grinding etc. The accuracy reaches grade 6.
