Luminescent plastics master batch is a kind of plastics pellet that has the characteristics of  self-glowing, it is made of our high-tech luminescent materials---yeming pigment by deep processing.

Functions:

1. Strong spontaneous illuminating capabilities: absorb light in
   bright places and emit light in dark places
2. Heat to melt and cool to solidify. No chemical reactions in
   heating.
3. The same heating temperature with that for plastic resin.
4. Strong abilities in reducing dust pollution, enhancing products
   functionality.

Serving Size of Illuminating Plastics Master Batch

It is used for illuminating plastics processing. In general, the content of the powder in plastics range from 10% to 20% dependent on the special needs from the customers.

Illuminating master batch with low concentration can be directly applied to processing plastics.

Illuminating master batch with high concentration (50% powder) should be evenly mixed with the same type of high-molecule resin and start processing after dilution to a specific concentration.
