Dynamic Equilibrium Electric Regulation Valve
Product Description
Dynamic equilibrium electric regulation valve is a new generation product different from the traditional electric regulation valve. It is a centralized product of dynamic equilibrium and electric regulation function.
As indicated in the right chart, in the flow system whose load fluctuation is relatively large, when its pressure changes, the pressure difference (P1 - P3) between dynamic equilibrium valve and electric regulation valve also changes accordingly.
(1) When inlet pressure P1 increases, pressure (P1 - P2) also rises. The valve core of the electric valve move upwards; open degree of P1, P2 reduces, valve core pressure P2 drops. When inlet pressure P1 decreases, open degree of (P1 - P2) increases, valve core pressure P2 rises. No matter how the system pressure changes, the pressure difference of P2 -P3 is always the same through the valve core regulation function of the electric valve. As a result, this kind of valve has a strong capability of anti-interference and dynamic equilibrium.
(2) When the electric actuator accepts the control signal of driving the valve axle run around direction R, open degree of P2- P3 changes accordingly. No matter how the system pressure difference (P1 - P3) changes, pressure difference between P2 and P3 (P2-P3) remains unchanged. Corresponding to any open position, the transmitted rate of flow is fixed. The actual flow performance curve driven by the electric regulation valve is the same with the flow performance curve regardless any change of the pressure. As a result, the electric regulation valve has a better adjusting performance compared with the traditional electric valve.
