Naringin is a flavonoid compound found in grapefruit. It can resist fungusm and inflammation. It is also antivirus and can be inhibiting canser-causing. Studies have also shown that narigin interferes with enzymatic activity in the intestines and, thus, with the breakdown of certain drugs, resulting in higher blood levels of the drug.
