The 4CX10000D is a forced air cooled, ceramic—metal tetrode containing a thoriated tungsten carbide cathode with 110MHz of maximum operation frequency. The tube is used as an oscillator, amplifier or modulator, and especially well as RF linear amplifier or AF amplifier in class AB1.
