Press a button to call your waiter, ask for the bill, order drinks from the bar or rate the service. No wireless, no whistling, DING-DONGS or waving of arms and no waiting. All calls are monitored for response times and escalated to the floor manager in the event of no response.
The waiter carries a vibrating pager with display. Restaurants can now do with less waiters and better response times = higher profits and faster table turn-a-rounds.
