Pandan leaves, known for their unique aroma and vibrant emerald green color, are widely used in beverages, desserts, traditional dishes, and related industries. To meet the growing demand for hygienic and efficient pandan leaf processing, we have launched a pandan leaf bubble washer and shredder that combines cleaning and shredding functions, providing a one-stop solution.

The WA-2000 washer utilizes advanced bubble cleaning technology, using rising bubbles to gently agitate the water flow, effectively removing dirt, dust, and surface impurities while ensuring the delicate leaves are not damaged. Optional ozone generators and ultrasonic devices are available to further enhance cleaning performance.

After thorough cleaning, the pandan leaves are automatically fed into the FC-305 shredder, where they are cut into fine, uniform shreds. These processed pandan leaves can then be further processed in grinders, decanters, or juicers for a variety of applications, including beverage brewing, cake decoration, and food packaging.
