Glass fiber needled Mat is a kind of filter material with a reasonable structure and good performance. It is made of glass fiber as raw material. After carding, the short-cut glass fiber mat is needled with a needle. By mechanical means, the fibers between the glass fibers in the mat layer and between the glass fibers in the mat layer and the reinforcing glass fiber base fabric are entangled with each other, and the fiber web is reinforced to form a felt-like nonwoven fabric filter material.

It not only possesses the advantages of glass fiber fabrics such as high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, dimensional stability, extremely small elongation and shrinkage rate, and high strength, but also the felt layer fibers are single-fiber, with a three-dimensional micro-porous structure, high porosity, and low resistance to gas filtration. It is a relatively high-speed and efficient high-temperature filtration material. Compared with other high-temperature resistant chemical fiber felts, it has special advantages such as lower price and higher temperature resistance, but its operating resistance is higher than that of general chemical fiber high-temperature filter materials.
