Oil-soluble polyurethane foam water stop is a high-molecular chemical grouting material synthesized through polymerization reactions between polymeric MDI (diphenylmethane diisocyanate) and polyhydroxy polyethers. It delivers immediate leakage-stopping effects for emergency water containment, structural reinforcement of concrete, and ground stabilization.

Performance Characteristics

• Excellent water miscibility: Rapidly polymerizes, foams, and expands upon injection, bonding with sand/soil to form a rigid solid that instantly seals cracks for permanent waterproofing.

• Adjustable curing time: Post-reaction foaming time can be controlled from seconds to several minutes.
