Equipment Introduction:

Working Principle
1. Material Compression
The hydraulic system drives the compression plate (or head) to apply force to the material. The material enters the machine’s compression chamber, where the compression head moves downwards to compress the material, reducing its volume and increasing its density. This process ensures that the material is compacted into a tightly packed, uniform block. The hydraulic cylinder generates the necessary force to achieve this compression.
2. Dual Hydraulic Cylinders for Enhanced Compression
Unlike traditional vertical balers, the semi-automatic vertical baler is equipped with dual main cylinders, providing more compressive power. This dual-cylinder design allows for higher compression force, resulting in denser bales. The additional power ensures that even tougher materials can be effectively compressed.
