Artificial Mouth Simulation Microphone Tester
Product Description
The sound source of the mouth simulator simulates the sound field environment of the human mouth, and it complies with the international standards IEEE 269 and ITU-T Rec. P51. It is commonly used to test the frequency response of telephone microphones and communication microphones. The 193AB has very high stability, low distortion, and is an ideal sound source for testing acoustic microphones.
At the reference point (MRP) of the nozzle, that is, 35mm away from the mouth (remove the lip ring), there are two ways to calibrate the mouth, 0° or 90° relative to the central axis of the mouthpiece, two calibration methods are used to adjust the standard microphone to make it accurately fixed in the MRP position, and the mouth simulator is calibrated. From 100Hz to 10kHz, the simulator can produce a minimum continuous equalization signal of 100 dB (ref. 20 uPa), and its speaker receives an external analog signal directly via the BNC.
