The Mech-Eye LNX series 3D line laser contour measuring instrument has a resolution of up to 4K [1], and can provide up to 4096 data points for each contour. It effectively handles the subtle depressions and protrusions on the object's surface, presenting the true contours of the object in a detailed, precise and complete manner.
The X-axis and Z-axis have higher precision, which is better for ultra-high precision measurement.
When the scanning width of the X-axis is the same, the 3D line laser profile measurement instrument of the Mech-Eye LNX series can provide more data points for each contour, presenting the fine features of the object more accurately; at the same time, the Z-axis repeatability accuracy is up to 0.2μm, and the linearity is ± 0.02% of the full scale, enabling ultra-high precision measurement of the object.
