The corrugated board production line is generally composed of the following equipment: base paper rack, hot cylinder machine, paper splicer, single-sided corrugator, bridge rack, multiple preheaters, sizing machine, double-sided machine, creasing line paper separator, cross-cutting machine, stacking machine, boiler and other equipment. The roll base paper is input from the base paper rack, heated and humidified by the hot cylinder machine, and then enters the single-sided corrugated machine. After rolling and forming by the corrugator, it is bonded with the other side paper to form single-sided corrugated paper, which is then transported by the bridge rack, heated again by the multiple preheaters, glued by the sizing machine, and then heated and bonded by the double-sided machine. At this time, the continuous corrugated board has been formed. Then, it is divided longitudinally by the paper separator and creasing line machine, and precisely cut in the horizontal and vertical directions by the cutting machine. At this time, the square pieces of corrugated board have been produced. Finally, the stacking machine is used to stack and sort and calculate the number of sheets. The finished product of a complete production line is output by this stacking machine.
