The GR8853 and GR8853AJG are power integrated circuits developed by Greenstar Optoelectronics for electronic ballasts, designed for half-bridge control and drive. They feature the following characteristics:
1. Can simultaneously drive both the upper and lower power devices in a 600V half-bridge circuit.
2. Single power supply, with a built-in 20V voltage regulator.
3. Low power consumption during startup.
4. Frequency control via R and C components.
5. Low temperature coefficient.
6. The CT pin can achieve shutdown functionality.
7. Undervoltage protection with hysteresis.
8. Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection.
