Stainless steel quick installation straight through sight glass is a device used to observe the flow of media in pipelines, mainly composed of sight glass base plate, sight glass, and valve components. It is usually installed horizontally in pipelines, with the characteristics of small installation size, small driving torque, easy and fast operation, and good flow regulation function and closing sealing characteristics.
Structural characteristics
The structure of the stainless steel quick installation straight through mirror includes the mirror base plate, mirror glass, and valve components. Mirror glass is usually made of tempered glass, high borosilicate glass, or quartz glass, which have different temperature resistance properties: tempered glass has a temperature resistance of 150 ℃, high borosilicate glass has a temperature resistance of 280 ℃, and quartz glass can reach 800 ℃.
Application scenarios
This type of sight glass is widely used in various industrial pipelines, especially in situations where liquid, gas, or steam flow reactions need to be observed. It is commonly used in production pipelines such as petroleum, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries, especially in chemical towers with high temperatures, strong corrosiveness, and easy crystallization, to ensure safe production.

Maintenance
To ensure the normal use and extend the service life of the mirror, it is recommended to regularly check whether the mirror glass is intact. When cleaning, avoid using acidic liquids, choose suitable gaskets (such as asbestos or PTFE gaskets), and evenly tighten the screws.
