The FX-139 clove splitting machine uses food-grade silicone to squeeze and rub the entire garlic head into cloves by using the gap between the upper and lower silicone plates and centrifugal force. The garlic stems and garlic heads are blown out of the machine from one side by the built-in fan and can be recycled; the separated garlic cloves roll out from the other side of the machine.
