I.Product Overview

This product is mainly developed to improve students' ability of charging pile assembly and deb ing, which can realize the assembly and deb ing of AC and DC charging equipment, the assembly and measurement of DC control box, the assembly and measurement of AC control box, and the assembly and measurement of 90V10A charging module.

II.Product Features

1. Appearance and Structure：The main body of the equipment adopts the overall structure design, and the main shell adopts the cold-rolled plate ≥1.5mm thick, which is operated strictly according to the sheet metal processing technology, after pickling and spraying. The main frame is welded with steel structure, and the surface is treated with anti-static spraying technology. The system components are laser cut and CNC machined structural parts, and equipped with universal silent casters with locking function.

2. Structure characteristics of components:The charging device includes DC control box, AC control box, 90V10A charging module, AC display screen, DC display screen, indicator light, power switch, emergency stop switch, AC charging gun, DC charging gun, and fan.
