A:Our factory is located in Hangzhou city,and the nearest ports are Ningbo Port and Shanghai Port.Other ports can also be selected according to customer needs. You can fly to Hangzhou airport directly. All our clients,from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!
3. Q:How many days is your delivery time?
A:We have a lot of stock in stock,for stock products,we can ship immediately after payment received.For other items,we need 10-15 days for mass production,it depends on the order quantity and type.
4. Q:Do you provide free samples？
A:We usually do not provide free samples,and the sample cost can be refunded after placing an order.
5. Q:What do you usually ship?

9. Q:What is your payment terms?
A:For products in stock,100% prepayment,and ship immediately upon receipt of payment. For customized products, 30% prepayment and 70% payment before the order is shipped. We accept T/T ,BABY, Western Union,also welcome to use Alibaba payment.
10. Q:What is your standard packaging?
A:Some goods will be packed in PE bags and then packed in cartons, and some goods be packed in cartons directly. Special packaging methods are accepted when needed ,but charges may apply.
