The multifunctional organic membrane pilot filtration equipment (BONA-GM-1818HSA) has the characteristics of strong anti-fouling ability, easy cleaning, and high pressure resistance. It can be equipped with microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, and reverse osmosis membrane elements. Through pipeline switching, it is not necessary to disassemble the membrane elements to complete filtration experiments or production with different precisions, realize unified experiments and unified cleaning, and facilitate operational needs;

It is widely used in separation and purification in multiple cross-fields such as fermentation, plant extraction, food and beverage, biopharmaceuticals, chemicals, and environmental protection.

Spiral wound membrane filtration features

1. The circulating pump of the system is a multi-stage vertical centrifugal pump, and the filter components are made of SS304; the booster pump is started by frequency conversion;

2. The system is manually controlled, and the pressure and temperature are displayed in real time for feedback and alarm protection;

3. The system is equipped with a heat exchanger, and the temperature of the material can be controlled by external refrigerant;

4. The system uses 3 2.5-inch membrane cores to ensure a small circulation volume to achieve high concentration of the material. This system is mainly used for late concentration and desalination of the liquid. The small circulation volume can effectively reduce the volume of the material and improve the concentration of the final material;

5. Except for the seals, the main equipment is made of SS304 stainless steel;

6. Automatic argon filling protection, single-sided welding, double-sided forming, all welds are polished, smooth and flat, with a surface finish of Ra<1.0µm, corner welds, external butt welds and pipe ends are polished and smooth, internal welds are polished and flush, the inner and outer surfaces of the pipeline are of excellent quality, simple operation, clean and hygienic, safe and reliable. The equipment bracket is brushed.
