Features:

The universal crusher uses the relative motion between the moving teeth and the fixed teeth to make the crushed material in the crushing chamber, through the high-speed collision, knocking, friction between the moving teeth and the static teeth, as well as the collision, knocking and friction between the materials, so as to obtain the crushing, the crushed material falls through the screen into the aggregate bucket below the crushing chamber. The air discharged from the crushing chamber, as well as a few relatively fine dust, with the flow of air into the dust box most of the dust is blocked in the dust box outside the bag, and the air and a small amount of very fine dust through the gap of the bag, under the negative pressure suction generated by the dust removal (exhaust) motor work, is discharged outside the exhaust outlet.

Application:

Universal crusher is mainly used for crushing materials in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries. It is forbidden to crush inflammable and explosive products. It is prohibited to crush metal objects. Not suitable for crushing large materials. It is not suitable for crushing materials with too high water content and too high oil content, because the water or oil after crushing will form a sauce, which will block the screen, affect the discharge, resulting in poor discharge, and even stuck and stuffy phenomenon. This machine is not suitable for crushing all sticky materials, nor is it suitable for materials that become soft and sticky after heating.
