Supplier Requirements

1. Must be a manufacturer of recycled aluminum or UBC composite aluminum ingots

   - Possess advanced production equipment and quality management system

2. Production Capacity:

   - Capable of meeting the purchaser's monthly supply needs

3. Quality Assurance:

   - Able to provide product quality inspection reports

   - Responsible for product quality

4. Price:

   - Competitive pricing

5. Service:

   - Able to provide timely and efficient supply services

   - Provide product assay reports

   - Able to provide certificates of origin for enjoying tariff preferences

Mode of Cooperation

1. Both parties sign a long-term cooperation agreement

2. Regular product quality inspections

3. Establish effective communication mechanisms to promptly resolve issues
