In order to meet special customs, flat mesh can be produced from wedge-shaped wire filter tubes. We can provide very fine structures customized by customers, as well as high-strength flat welded sieve plates with support frames and/or reinforcements.
Currently, it is mainly used for embryo washing and fiber separation washing in the starch industry. Our company can currently produce precision sieve plates of 50 microns, 75 microns, 100 microns, and 200 microns, with accuracy errors within 5 microns. The specifications are 585mmX1600mm, 710mmX1600mm, and 825mmX1600mm. The material is 316L or specified. At the same time, our company can also customize production according to customer needs.
