Epoxy cast type refractory busbar groove is a fully enclosed busbar, whose structure is to place a three-phase rounded rectangular copper bar vertically in the mold, and then vacuum cast it into a whole in the mold with insulating materials. Like other types of closed busbars, it can be prefabricated into standard straight sections, 90-degree bending sections, T-joints, thermal expansion compensation elements, disk joints (specially used for switch cabinets, transformer connection parts), etc.
The insulating material outside the conductor of the full cast bus is quartz sand and a suitable amount of resin mixture, adding flame retardant, with fire, water, dirt resistance, good insulation performance, good heat dissipation, less space, easy installation, maintenance-free and so on.
