Product Description

The process of kitchen waste treatment equipment:
1. The food waste is first poured into the equipment through the trash can dumper. During the feeding process, the dumper automatically weighs the food waste, and the recorded data is imported into the control system for recording. The food waste falls into the sorting platform to pick up the inorganic compound, metal, porcelain and other garbage that were not completely classified in the earlier stage, and then it is uniformly broken through the double shaft twin roll shredder. The particle size after tearing is 10mm. The shredder teeth are made of high-strength alloy, The shredded kitchen waste has a uniform particle size, with high subsequent removal rate, significant reduction, high oil extraction rate, and overall equipment operation efficiency.
2. The shredded residue automatically enters the screw press dehydrator, and the dehydration process of the screw press dehydrator is divided into two stages. In the first stage, a spiral auger is used for dehydration. The spiral auger is divided into three sections: a transmission section, a compression section, and a discharge section. The transmission section ensures the smooth entry of materials into the equipment, and the pitch of the spiral blades in the dehydration section gradually decreases, thereby reducing the transmission space step by step, creating a gradually increasing pressure on the materials, and forcing them to reduce their volume and extract water; In the second stage, a material blocking device is used for dehydration. When the material enters the discharge section of the spiral auger, the spiral auger will apply axial thrust to the material and push it out. The material blocking device at the discharge port will apply reverse force to the material that is about to be pushed out, thereby forming extrusion pressure for two-stage dehydration of the material.
3. The extruded liquid after squeezing and dehydration is transported to the oil-water separator through a diaphragm pump, and the sewage is separated under the action of a vortex centrifugal settling system. The deepening treatment module is equipped with a rotary oil guide system, a slag guide system, an upper separation system, and a lower separation system. The upper separation system and the rotary oil guide system work together to separate the oil and grease in the sewage, while the lower separation system and slag guide system separate the sludge and fine slag in the sewage. The rotary oil guide system, upper separation system, lower separation system, and slag guide system together form a vortex centrifugal sedimentation system.
4. After dehydration and oil extraction, the kitchen waste residue is mixed evenly with fermentation bacteria in a certain proportion to achieve a moisture content of 60-65% as designed, and then enters the three-dimensional aerobic system. By adjusting the moisture, oxygen content, and temperature changes of the raw materials, the material undergoes sufficient aerobic fermentation and decomposition. The heat released during the decomposition process can increase the temperature of the sludge itself, with a maximum temperature of 80 ℃, The moisture in kitchen waste is evaporated as the temperature increases, and some organic matter is decomposed, resulting in a decrease in the volume of the pile and achieving waste reduction treatment. The organic fertilizer fermentation tank controls the temperature between 55~65 ℃ through ventilation, oxygenation, stirring, and other functions to achieve the optimal temperature for material fermentation treatment. At this temperature, a large number of pathogenic bacteria and parasites in the pile can die, and the odor removal system is used to carry out biological odor treatment on the discharged gas, achieving the goal of harmless resource utilization treatment.
