Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer?
A: Yes, we are manufacturer for injection plastic parts and moulds.
Q: Can you provide free sample?
A: Free samples are not available for the custom CNC machining parts. But we will return the sample charge after you place the order.For the customized injection molding parts, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q: Can you produce if I have a drawing?
A: Please send your drawing to our sales representative, then all the information will be forward to our engineer and evaluate it, a details proposal will be advised within 24 hours.
Q: What type of CAD files do you accept?
A: We are able to accept .stp, .step, .iges, .sldprt, .x_t, .catpart, .prt and Auto CAD files. If you need assistance with getting your design into an acceptable file format, we can help you out with that as well.
Q: I have a sample but don’t have drawing, what can I do?
A: Please send us some photos of the samples, we will evaluate. If we can produce it, we will ask samples from you and we will make drawing according to your samples.
Q: How do we control the mold processing?
A: We will send the processing report and mold processing pictures every week to the customer.
Q: What is your lead time?
A: For injection mold, generally it is 25-60 days as the product's structure is different so the lead time also different.For injection molding parts, 5-10 days for small order, if more we will discuss.
Q: Do you offer extended molding services such as assembly, packaging, or decorating?
A: We routinely provide assembly work, ultrasonic welding, heat staking, CNC machining, printing, painting, plating and packaging options.
Q: What is your usual terms of payments?
A: It will be T/T or L/C at sight.
