Properties

Effectively improves adhesion of organic resins to inorganic materials

Low reactivity with organic resins, so provided that moisture is properly controlled. It will not harm the shelf-life of the resins.

High boiling point, so it can be diluted directly with an organic solvent and used as a primer.

It may crystallize during storage, but this does not affect product quality. If the product crystallizes, place the container in hot water (40-50℃)and the product will soon return to a liquid state.

It does not dissolve in water, and so can not be used to prepare aqueous solutions.

Keep away from heat and open flame. When stored at room temperature in the original unopened containers, this product has a usable life of 12 months from the date of production.

Applications

The molecules of Silane OSi HIOSil TTMSPI contain isocyanurate groups. This silane has good miscibilitywith organic resins, yet does not react strongly with organic resins, so it has good shelf-life even after compounding with organic resins. Because of alkoxy groups are polyfunctional. It can promote better adhsion to inorganic materials.
