Introduction

Our company's MOH mechanical oil mist purifier, also known as oil mist dust collector, is an oil mist treatment equipment with 4-stage physical filtration, which can be used for stand-alone treatment or centralized treatment. Oil mist for one or more machine tools, with 3 specifications of 2000 air volume, 4000 air volume and 8000 air volume.

Technical Principle：

Dust-containing gas and oil mist enter the oil mist purifier under the action of negative pressure. When the airflow penetrates the labyrinth plate, the large particle oil mist is blocked, and then a part of the oil mist is filtered out through the mixed wire mesh, and then passed through the cloth bag. For purification, the filter material is hydrophobic ultra-fine glass fiber, and the continuous folded filter material uses hot melt adhesive as the separator for final filtration and discharge into the air.

Technical Feature：

Under the rated processing air volume, the oil mist removal rate is high, and the clean air discharged after processing can be directly circulated and discharged in the workshop;

The mixed-woven wire mesh and filter bag purification method is adopted, which has high purification efficiency, low cost of consumables, no need for frequent replacement, and is very environmentally friendly.
