Work Principle of Air Deep Fryer

Step 1. Baking device on the top heats Air rapidly.

Step 2. A powerful fan push those high-temperature-airs to fast circulate in food basket.

Step 3.The specific designed lines on the bottom of food basket contribute to air swirl flow with specific pattern, which can fully contact with food surface and quickly taken away vapor on the food surface.

Those three functions make effect at same time on the food surface to form the layer of golden crisp. Hence, food fried by Air Fryer has the same appearance and taste as fried in traditional way.
