Our owner of TOPTEK is a famous orthopedist in hospital. In his 20 years working experience, he found so many people are plagued by the unhealthy sleeping. They are suffering from heavy pains and anxiety caused by scoliosis or agrypnia. So he made up his mind to do something to fix these problems and improve the patients’ sleep quality. Therefore, our bedding brand “UMIKK”for healthy sleep expert was founded in the year 2006.

A1: Basically we ship in FOB, but other solutions are available if you have special requirements.

A5: 1. T/T 30% deposit upon order confirmation and balance T/T 70% before shipment

A6: Generally, it will take about 25-40 days for shipping with standard size orders. You can also contact our sales for more details, our sales will give you a certain answer according to your quantity and Item number.
Q7:Can I get a sample before mass order?
A7: Surely you can, we offer the sample by the basic cost of making the sample, and will return all the cost of the sample when you place Mass order to the factory.
Q8. What the sample cost?
A8:  (1). We normally charge sample cost will double of the whole sales prices,The additional cost of he sample can be refunded customers after confirmed the large order, the delivery cost paid by customers. (2). For customized sample, the sample fees will be quoted separately.
Q9:Quality control in production:
A9:a. Before production, we will check the material with colors and features to make sure everything we are using on the mass production are strictly same as the sample shown.
b. We will be tracing every steps of the production from the beginning.
c. When item finished, QC checks.
d. Before packing, every items will be cleaned and checked.
e. Before loading, clients can send QC or point a third party to check the quality. we will try our best to help when problem occurs.
