Korea Hyosung POK material introduction:

POKETONE is a new type of plastic produced by Hyosung Corporation in South Korea

POK M930F features:

Resistance to hydrolysis. POK M930F water absorption rate is only 0.5%, and hydrolysis resistance is very beneficial, can work in water for a long time, no change in performance;

Chemical resistance. POK M930F material chemical resistance in engineering plastics advantage is very large, can be resistant to acid and alkali, ordinary daily use of chemical substances almost all can be resistant, because it is particularly suitable for cosmetics packaging and other long-term contact with chemical products, as well as some of the use of harsh products;

Wear-resisting. POK M930F material comes with lubrication, so it has excellent wear resistance, compared to POM, POK M330F production products in addition to wear, noise is lower, and does not contain formaldehyde, more environmental protection;

Resistance to fuel. The POK M930F has excellent fuel resistance and can operate in fuel environment for a long time with almost no change in performance. At present POK M930F has been too reuse in the automotive industry;

Impact resistant. POK M930F material has excellent impact resistance. Compared with other engineering plastics, POK M930F material can maintain the impact resistance of the product in a wider temperature range, especially suitable for use in high or low temperature environment.

Green. POK M930F material is made of carbon monoxide and ethylene propylene polymerization, which can reduce carbon monoxide during production and contribute to environmental protection.

Korea Hyosung POK material application:

Industrial products: tie tape, gear parts, mixer base, door and window pulley, industrial caster, industrial cutting half, bracket, battery seal ring, hydraulic seal sleeve.

Daily use: refrigerator door, seat CAM, overhead lamp lock, umbrella head, headset head beam and other supplies.

Automotive applications: bonnet cover, antifreeze tank, fuel tank, fuel pipe, fuel port neck, ECU housing, LED radiator, cylinder cover, radiator end slot.

Makeup packing: cream jar shoulder lining, cream jar middle lining, lipstick stick leakproof, makeup bottle cap.
