1. Pretreatment
● Coagulation + flocculation: make SS with larger particle size settle
● Zeolite adsorption: remove harmful fluoride (F):
● O3 oxidation: decompose to reduce BOD/COD
● UV sterilization: prevent microorganisms from multiplying, polluting and blocking the system

2.Pre-filtering
◆ Quartz sand: filter min50um SS and colloid
◆ Activated carbon: adsorbs and removes free cl and peculiar smell in tap water
◆ Heavy metal capture agent: remove heavy metals (Fe/Cr/Ni/Pb/Hg/Cd)
◆ Softening resin: remove Ca/Mg, reduce hardness and prevent scale
◆ Exchange resin: exchange anions and cations to reduce the excessive salinity of seawater
 

Replacement time of consumable parts
There are several kinds of consumables you need to replace regularly. 
1.Quartz sand:  replaced about every 15 months.   50kg/bag 
2.Activated carbon:  replaced about every 15 months.  25kg/bag 
3.Resin: replaced about every 15 months.  25L/bag 
4.PP Filter cartridge: replaced about every 1 month                          

5. Reverse osmosis membranes and ultrafiltration membranes: Replace approximately every 2-3 years. (The replacement cycle of the membrane is determined by the amount of water processed. 2-3 years are the experience data of previous customers. The actual time is in the correct use and maintenance. In case, both are longer than 2 years)
